Tyler (May 2017)

He Wasn’t Done Yet

After our first afternoon downtown, Tyler was not done. He wanted to explore more, so we went out again for round two, this time with no particular destination in mind.

We worked our way from old brick and back stairways to the open water at Shelby Farms, where the new lakefront gave us wide sky and plenty of room to breathe. Tyler was more relaxed this time and more willing to play. He went from serious to silly to perfectly calm, sometimes in the span of a few minutes.

That is what a second shoot gives you. The nerves are gone, the trust is already there, and you get to see who someone is when they stop thinking about the camera.
