Since the Dial Up Days

Will and I go back to the days of AOL and dial up internet, so when he asked me to photograph his engagement session with Katie, I didn't hesitate.

We spent a May afternoon at the Greensboro Botanical Gardens, working through the green light of the trees and the blooming rhododendrons and whatever golden hour had left to offer. Will and Katie were easy to photograph because they were just themselves the whole time. The laughing frames are the truest ones.

Some things you say yes to without thinking. Thirteen years will do that.
