Harbor Lights

I had spent plenty of days walking Baltimore, so this time I waited for dark. I wanted to see how my city looked once the lights came on.

The brick streets of Fells Point were quiet and glowing, and the dome of City Hall shone purple above downtown. The harbor became a mirror of color, with the Under Armour waterfront, the skyline and the tall ship along the Inner Harbor all shimmering on the water. The red Domino Sugars sign cast a long ribbon of light across the harbor, and Power Plant Live kept the energy going nearby.

Baltimore has a different personality at night. The water carries every light back to you, and the city feels calm and alive all at once.
